When you place an order or create an account we collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and delivery address (including postcode).

When you pay, your card details are collected and processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect order history (the meals you order and delivery dates) and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in (a secure session cookie).

To take payment, prepare and deliver your order, and keep you updated (order confirmations and delivery reminders by email).

To contact you about your order by phone or email if needed, and to validate that your delivery address is within our delivery area.

To manage your account and, where you've agreed, to let you know about our menu and offers.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), to meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax records), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We only share data with trusted providers who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (order confirmations and reminders), and Google (if you choose to sign in with Google).

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email ellieshealthykitchen@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you securely signed in and to make the site work. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.
